WEEK (4): Monday, 07th March, 2011

In a paper there was a list of companies in Excel and list of countries in a paper that are in blacklist. Moreover, I was using “Personal Computer” to search on Google if these companies have a relationship with that some of counties that listed on blacklist or not. I searched about 35 companies if they have relationship or not. Also, I found some companies have relationship, some don’t have relationship with that companies and others I didn’t find there good website that will help me. In Excel Sheet, I should put beside each company what I got.

WEEK (4): Sunday, 06th March, 2011

WEEK (3): Sunday, Feburary 27, 2011

I did 4 Auto Loan QA Check List for customers who applied for new car. The first check list was without any mistake and I checked with Ms. Mona’s check list. The second list was with one mistake because about insurance that the customer applied for it. The third check list was with one mistake only which was about the client who has any loans so no need for his information again because the bank already have this information specifically if he is a customer for this bank. The last check list was without any mistake and I feel so comfortable with that. I was asking Ms. Mona some questions related to this list that will be benefit for me to understand it clearly.

“Ms. Meeta” gave me something new to do it for whole next week.  She gave me a list of companies in Excel and list of countries in a paper that are in blacklist. In addition, I was using “Personal Computer” to search on Google if these companies have a relationship with that some of counties that listed on blacklist or not. I searched about 30 companies if they have relationship or not. Furthermore, I found some companies have relationship, some don’t have relationship with that companies and others I didn’t find there good website that will help me. I should put beside each company what I got and I was moving because there were above 2000 companies.

WEEK (3): Wednesday, March 02, 2011

I did 4 Auto Loan QA Check List without any mistakes also but there were new things i asked Ms. Mona and she helped me on that. Moreover, she took my all check list and checked with her list. But, she didn’t find any errors. Furthermore, in this day I felt comfortable and easy for me to do it because I learnt and took a lot of time and days to be perfect on that. This day was the last day for me to finish up at least 3 but I did 4 of Auto Loan QA Check List. My Supervisor “Meeta” was happy for that because I learnt from my mistake and error that staffs did it.

WEEK (3): Tuesday, March 01, 2011

I did 2 Auto Loan QA Check List for new car and 1 Auto Loan QA Check List for used car that the customer applied for it without any mistakes. I learnt from this check list that for staff who applied for car loan no need for 3 months of bank statement because he has account in the same bank. But, if the customer who applied for auto loan and he got a new job then, bank will accept his bank statement of one month so it depends on the customer profile.

I did 2 Auto Loan QA Check List for customer who applied for new car. The first check list was without any mistake and also the calculation. The second list without any mistake but I found small mistake that the staff did it in the ratio then, he corrects it.  I learnt from my mistake and also am trying to do this list to find mistakes that the employees did it. In this day, i didn’t do more because Ms. Mona’s happy birthday so the employees were preparing her birthday party in our department “Credit and Collection”.
